About GICC
In April 2012, the Green Island Construction Company Limited (GICC) was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of IDC (Islands Development Company) to carry on the business of building and civil engineering contractors. Other objectives include furniture manufacture, concrete manufacture, property investment, property management and the importation, stock and trade of building materials and equipment.
GICC believes that the ability to operate in a disciplined and sustainable manner over the long term is central to maintain a competitive advantage in such a buoyant and challenging market and has thus implemented a total quality management culture that underpins every aspect of its operations and reinforces the centrality of sustainability to the business.
GICC has inherited vast construction experience through its parent company IDC in the building of hotels, leisure facilities, luxury villas, water and sewerage treatment plants and infrastructure work on the outer islands.
At GICC, we value our construction partners and work with only the absolute best to ensure “quality on time.”
We adopt a team spirit approach with all subcontractors contracted to undertake any jobs on our project sites. The successful completion of any subcontracts ensures the successful completion of our overall project.
