The Board of Directors of IDC is appointed by the shareholder (Government of Seychelles) to oversee the activities of the company.

 The Board of Directors' activities are determined by the powers, duties, and responsibilities conferred on it by the Memorandum & Articles of Association. The Board members are responsible for the efficient running of IDC for the benefit of the Government and people of Seychelles.

Patrick Berlouis was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for IDC in January 2017. Before joining IDC, he had a long and distinguished career in education, serving as the Head of the Independent School. His extensive background in education showcases his dedication and leadership skills, which he now brings to IDC. Berlouis's experience in managing educational institutions equips him well for guiding IDC towards achieving its goals and supporting its mission.

Glenny Savy joined IDC in 1982, the year after earning his BA with majors in Economics from Murdoch University in Australia. 

Since then, he has actively participated in a wide range of projects in Seychelles, spanning agriculture, fisheries, tourism, and port operations. His diverse expertise has greatly contributed to the development of these sectors.

Cyril Bonnelame

CEO/Ex-officio
Christian Lionnet joined IDC as the new Deputy CEO in 2019. Prior to that, he spent 14 years of his professional career in the Ministry of Land and Housing which culminated in his appointment as Minister in 2012. 

Mr. Lionnet has a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK.
