The Islands Development Company (IDC) manages the outer islands and Silhouette in the Seychelles, focusing on sustainable development and environmental conservation. The company provides essential services such as air and sea transport, infrastructure maintenance, and support for conservation efforts in partnership with the Island Conservation Society.

Aviation
Based at Point Larue, Mahé, IDC Aviation provides air links to the outer islands. IDC Aviation maintains a fleet of five aircrafts, providing rapid links to ten islands.

IDC co-owns and operates the vessel Enterprise II, which serves as the workhorse of the outer islands. Additionally, it charters vessels to provide a greater range of options.
