The Board of Directors of IDC is appointed by the shareholder (Government of Seychelles) to jointly oversee the activities of the company. The Board of Directors' activities are determined by the powers, duties, and responsibilities conferred on it by the Memorandum & Articles of Association.
The Board members are responsible for the efficient running of IDC for the benefit of the Government and people of Seychelles.

HEADS OF DEPARTMENT & SENIOR MANAGEMENT:
IDC engages well qualified and trained Heads of Department and Senior Managers who are professionals within their particular field.
They are responsible to the CEO for the efficient organisation and general conduct of departments and are also expected to participate in leading their team's administrative work and inspiring their team to maximise their output and performance for the benefit of the organisation.
